Return Policy
At Frenzy of Harrison, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, meaning:
- Unworn and unwashed/ unused.
- Free of smoke, deodorant, perfume, or any other odors
- All original tags attached
- Original packing slip included
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. All returns and refunds are processed at the discretion of a Frenzy associate.
Return Timeframes
- Within 7 days of purchase: Eligible for a refund to the original form of payment
- Within 14 days of purchase: Eligible for store credit only
- After 14 days: Returns will not be accepted
All returned items must be received by Frenzy of Harrison within 14 days of delivery, based on the USPS tracking delivery date.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or Clearance Items
- Gift Cards
- Jewelry
- Bralettes
- Peta Jane
- Any food or drink items.
Shipping & Return Instructions
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- We do not provide return labels

Any items returned that do not comply with our policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and you will receive an email confirmation once completed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact us via email BEFORE mailing the item back.
- Email frenzyofharrison@gmail.com within 4 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damage and your order number
- Do not mail damaged items back without prior email approval
Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted as damaged returns.
Exchanges
We cannot guarantee availability of a different size or color of the same item. Exchanges may be made for any other item in the store, and price differences may apply.
Shoes
- Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original shoe box
- The shoe box must be packed inside another box/bag
- Any signs of wear will make the item ineligible for return
Lost Packages
Frenzy of Harrison is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen and cannot issue refunds for these orders. Please email us for assistance in filing a carrier claim.
Holiday Return Policy
Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 may be returned for store credit only until January 1 of the following year.
If your purchase falls within 14 days of the desired return date, our regular return policy will apply.
Additional Notes
Once an item has been worn, it is no longer eligible for return. Frenzy is not responsible for damage that occurs during wear. As a small business, these policies help protect both our customers and our team.
