I am 5’4” and 143 pounds with a 36D bust and I ordered a size medium. Fit is roomy but not oversized or loose. Long enough for leggings. So versatile - hang out at home snd then throw on cardigan, button up, Shacket or Jean jacket to shop or go out for dinner.
